To observe the effect of alginate dressing on the healing of patients suffered with rectal cancer with perineal wound after Mile’s operation.Methods:16 patients were treated locally with alginate dressing, and 14 patients were treated locally with thin Iodophors.Compare the difference of seepage and healing percentage.Results: It was showed that alginate dressing could reduce the seepage and shorten the healing time obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion:It suggests that alginate dressing can have a good effect on the healing of patients with perineal infective woud after Mile’s operation.
