Objective To evaluate the conservative treatment results in tubal pregnancy by color Doppler sonography, thus can provide consulation for the clinical treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods fifty cases of tubal pregnancy were examined by color Doppler sonography before conservative treatment, the size of TP mass, blood flow signal and the other symptom. All data were analysed and compared with therapeutic results. Results forty-six were treated successfully by conservative treatment, and four were failed. The average size of mass is 2.8 cm, maximum is 4.8 cm, minimum is 1.0 cm in success group, including twenty-eight scattered blood flow signal, twelve found a little pelvic cavity fluid. The average size of mass is 3.5 cm, maximum is 4.5 cm, minimum is 3.1 cm in failure group, including three scattered blood flow signal, two found a little pelvic cavity fluid and iliac fossa triangle fluid. Conclusions Conservative treatment results in tubal pregnancy can be evaluated objectively by color Doppler sonography, which provide an important consultation for clinical. |
