[Abstract] Objective：To study the renal angiomyolipoma（RAML）of the CT signs and differential diagnosis. Methods：Retrospective analysis of 26 cases by plain and contrast enhanced CT scan and confirmed by surgery and pathology of the clinical and CT data for RAML. Scans the equipment is the double-decked of SOMATON SPIRIT CT scanners. Results：RAML CT showed round or class round, uneven density, there are a variety of soft tissue and fat, mainly composed of ingredients or in some of the lumps. 2 cases of huge tumor with bleeding lesions. Enhanced scan showed lesions to varying degrees strengthened, fat content is not enhanced, some patients showed vascular cord-like and dot-like enhanced video. Conclusion：Typical RAML has its characteristic CT signs of lesions if they contain fat tissue is an important basis for diagnosis, enhanced scan shows cord-like mass within the patchy strengthen the shadow, quite characteristic. Large hemorrhage within tumor lesions.
