载脂蛋白A1和B与睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征血脂异常的相关性

摘要：

目的:了解阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血浆脂质代谢情况及载脂蛋白A1和B在反应血脂代谢紊乱中的重要性。方法:选取健康对照组40例、OSAHS患者组40例,分别检测甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白a含量,计算载脂蛋白A1和B比值。进行统计学处理及分析。结果:OSAHS患者的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、载脂蛋白B较健康对照组明显升高,而高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1及载脂蛋白A1/B明显降低,差异具有显著性。结论:OSAHS常存在血浆脂质代谢紊乱。载脂蛋白A1和B与OSAHS的脂质代谢异常存在重要的相关性,载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B及其比值是反应OSAHS血脂代谢的重要指标。

Objective To study the association of the serum lipid with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and the importance of the apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B for OSAHS.Methods Forty healthy and forty patients with sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome received blood tests of blood lipid level.Results There was a significant difference of triglyceride,total cholestein,high-density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B and apolipoprotein A1/B between the healthy and patients.Conclusions Sleep ...
