睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态对儿童认知功能的损伤研究

摘要：

目的:探讨睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态(ESES)对患儿认知功能的损害。方法:对25例儿童良性癫痫伴中央颞区棘波(BECT)合并ESES的患儿作为A组进行智力评测,以同期25例年龄、性别相匹配的BECT不伴有ESES的患儿(B组)和A组中经治疗后ESES消失的17例(C组)分别作为对照组,进行智力测定。结果:A组语言智商(VIQ)、操作智商(PIQ)和总智商(FIQ)与对照两组相比较均有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:ESES损害患儿认知功能,应积极消除电持续状态。
