单磷酸阿糖腺苷局部封闭治疗掌跖疣的临床疗效及安全性评估 |

目的:探究单磷酸阿糖腺苷局部封闭治疗掌跖疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法:纳入2021年1月1日至2024年11月30日于郎溪县人民医院就诊的192例掌跖疣患者为研究对象,接受单磷酸阿糖腺苷局部封闭治疗的患者入选观察组(n=96),接受微波治疗的患者入选对照组(n=96)。比较治疗前后两组患者的疣体数量、最大直径(maximum diameter, dmax)、疼痛评分,并评价疗效。记录两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况,通过随访记录复发情况。结果:经治疗后,两组患者的疣体数量、dmax和疼痛评分均显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组的各项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(70.83% vs. 56.24%,P=0.035 8),不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(5.21% vs. 13.54%,P=0.0476),复发率显著低于对照组(5.88% vs. 18.52%,P=0.029 6),无复发时间显著长于对照组[(29.79±0.11)d vs.(28.00±0.64)d,P=0.023 2]。结论:单磷酸阿糖腺苷局部封闭治疗掌跖疣具有显著的临床疗效和较高的安全性,并且有效减少复发,值得推广应用。 |
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of local block treatment with acyclovir monophosphate for palmoplantar warts. Methods: Patients with palmoplantar warts(n=192) who visited Langxi County People's Hospital between January 1, 2021 and November 30, 2024 were included in the study. Patients receiving local block treatment with adenosine monophosphate were included in a observation group(n=96). Patients receiving microwave therapy were included in a control group(n=96). The number of warts, maximum diameter(dmax) and pain score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the curative effect was evaluated. The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded in both groups, and the recurrence was recorded through follow-up. Results: After treatment, the number of warts, dmax, and pain scores in both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05), and all indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective treatment rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.83% vs. 56.24%,P=0.0358), and the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group(5.21% vs. 13.54%, P=0.0476). Follow-up results showed that the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.88% vs. 18.52%,P=0.029 6), and the time without recurrence was significantly longer in the observation group [(29.79±0.11) d vs.(28.00±0.64) d,P=0.0232]. Conclusion: Local block treatment with acyclovir monophosphate for palmoplantar warts has shown significant clinical efficacy and high safety, effectively reducing recurrence, and it is worthy of promotion for wider application. |
