赖氨酸羟化酶2在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要:

细胞外基质中纤维化的胶原能够促进肿瘤的转移、复发,并对恶性肿瘤的预后和耐药有一定影响。赖氨酸羟化酶2(procollagen-lysine,2-oxoglutarate 5-dioxygenase 2,PLOD2)是目前在肿瘤相关研究中发现的一种可改变胶原共价交联的酶,并在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,且与肿瘤的转移、复发、预后、耐药密切相关。因此,深入研究PLOD2在恶性肿瘤中的作用及机制具有重要意义。本文作者就PLOD2在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。
