胃癌组织中LncRNA THOR的表达及其与患者预后的关系

摘要:

目的:了解胃癌组织睾丸相关高度保守的致癌长链非编码核糖核酸(LncRNA THOR)的表达水平,并分析其与患者预后的关系。方法:选取112例胃癌患者,检测手术患者癌组织、癌旁正常组织以及保守治疗患者癌组织的LncRNA THOR表达。分析癌组织LncRNA THOR表达水平与临床病理特征的关系,采用Cox回归分析探讨胃癌患者死亡的危险因素,采用Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析。结果:手术患者癌组织LncRNA THOR表达水平高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),保守治疗患者癌组织LncRNA THOR表达水平高于手术患者(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、非肠型、血管侵犯、神经侵犯患者癌组织LncRNA THOR表达水平均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、肠型、无血管侵犯、无神经侵犯患者(P<0.05);胃癌患者随访期间生存率为38.68%,死亡率为61.32%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、非肠型、血管侵犯、神经侵犯的癌组织LncRNA THOR表达增强均是死亡的危险因素(P<0.05);癌组织LncRNA THOR高表达患者的生存率低于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论:癌组织LncRNA THOR表达水平升高,且与临床分期、Lauren分型、血管和神经侵犯均有关,与患者生存率密切相关。

Objective: To observe the expression of testis-associated highly-conserved oncogenic long non-coding ribonucleic acid(LncRNA THOR) in gastric cancer tissues and to analyze its relationship with patients prognosis. Methods: 112 patients with gastric cancer were enrolled. The expression of LncRNA THOR was detected in the cancer tissues of surgical patients, adjacent normal tissues, and the cancer tissues of non surgical patients. The relationships between the expression of LncRNA THOR and clinicopathological features were analyzed, and Cox regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors for death in patients with gastric cancer, then Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis. Results: The expression of LncRNA THOR in gastric cancer tissues of surgical patients was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05), which was higher in gastric cancer tissues of no surgical patients than that of surgical patients(P<0.05). The expressions of LncRNA THOR in gastric cancer tissues of patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, non intestinal type, vascular invasion and nerve invasion were higher than those of patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ, intestinal type, no vascular invasion and no nerve invasion(P<0.05). The survival rate was 38.68% and mortality rate was 61.32%. Stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, non intestinal type, vascular invasion, nerve invasion and LncRNA THOR expression in gastric cancer were all risk factors for death(P<0.05). The survival rate of patients with high expression of LncRNA THOR in cancer tissues was lower than that of low expression(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of LncRNA THOR in gastric cancer tissue increases, which is related to clinical stage, Laurens classification, vascular and nerve invasion, and those all are related to survival rate closely.
