2020-2021年南京市高校大学生烟草流行现状调查

摘要：

目的: 调查南京市高校大学生对烟草的使用、暴露、危害情况和对禁烟控烟措施的了解程度及态度,以期为制定切实可行的控烟措施提供科学依据,推动《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》的控烟目标顺利实现。方法: 采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,于2020年7月5日至8月5日选取南京市高校大学生2 400人为调查对象,就烟草和二手烟使用情况、对人体危害情况、对禁烟控烟措施的了解程度和态度展开调查,使用SPSS 26.0进行χ²检验。结果: 获得有效问卷2 362份,其中现在吸烟人数330人,现在吸烟率13.97%;吸烟学生中,男生(315人,26.4%)多于女生(15人,1.28%),农村学生(214人,16.46%)多于城市学生(116人,10.92%),非医学类专业学生(176人,14.93%)多于医学类专业学生(154人,13.02%),同时中医学类专业学生(7人,4.38%)明显少于总体医学类专业学生(154人,13.02%);学校(室内)、家庭(室内)、公共场所(室内)的二手烟暴露率均超过70%;对烟草危害的了解程度,医学类专业学生高于非医学类专业学生,同时中医学专业学生高于总体医学类学生(P＜0.001或P＜0.05);高校大学生对禁烟控烟总体呈赞同态度,其中不吸烟者对禁烟控烟更为支持(P＜0.001),但禁烟控烟相关政策、措施、服务等了解程度普遍偏低。结论: 在南京市高校大学生中烟草仍较为流行,二手烟暴露率较高,烟草管控和知识普及仍需加强。

Objective: To investigate the use, exposure and harm of tobacco,and the degree and attitude of tobacco control measures among university students in Nanjing in order to provide scientific basis for working out feasible tobacco control measures and promote the smooth realization of tobacco control goals in "Healthy China 2030" program outline. Methods: From July 5, 2020 to August 5, 2020, 2400 university students in Nanjing were selected by multi-stage stratified random sampling method, and the use of tobacco and second-hand smoke, human health hazards, understanding of tobacco control measures and their attitudes were investigated. SPSS 26.0 was used for χ² test. Results: A total of 2 362 valid questionnaires were obtained, of which 330 were current smokers and the current smoking rate was 13.97%. In the smoking population, the rate of male(315, 26.4%) was higher than that of female(15, 1.28%), the rate of rural students(214, 16.46%) was higher than that of urban ones(116, 10.92%), students of non-medical major(176, 14.93%) were more than those of medical major(154, 13.02%), and the students of traditional Chinese medicine(7, 4.38%) significantly were more than those of general medical sciences(154, 13.02%). The exposure rate of second-hand smoke in schools(indoor), families(indoor) and public places(indoor) was more than 70%. The understanding degree of tobacco harm was higher in students of medical major than those of non-medical majors, and higher in students of traditional Chinese medicine major than those of medical majors(P＜0.001 or P＜0.05). College students generally sided with smoking control, and non-smokers were more supportive of smoking control(P＜0.001), but their understanding of policies, measures and services related to smoking control was generally low. Conclusion: Tobacco is still popular among college students in Nanjing, and the exposure rate of second-hand smoke is high. Tobacco control and knowledge popularization still need to be strengthened.
