新疆维吾尔族居民血清硫化氢水平与骨密度的相关性调查

摘要:

目的:调查南疆维吾尔族居民血清硫化氢(H2S)水平与骨质疏松的相关性。方法:收集2016年11月至2019年11月期间在阿图什市人民医院体检或就诊的维吾尔族居民250例,其中男111例,女139例,年龄50~80岁。入院后检测患者体重指数,采用亚甲基蓝法测定血清H2S水平,应用超声骨密度仪检测受检者的腕部骨密度。采用SPSS 23.0统计软件进行统计学分析,研究南疆地区维吾尔族居民血清H2S水平与骨密度的关系。结果:在男性居民中不同骨密度人群间血清H2S水平存在差异性,血清H2S水平最低组(≤2.55 μmol·L-1)和较低组(2.551~4.395 μmol·L-1)患骨量减低或骨质疏松的风险分别是最高组(≥6.981 μmol·L-1)的26.334倍和19.697倍(P<0.05)。在女性中,未发现不同H2S水平组的骨量减低或骨质疏松的患病风险存在显著差异。结论:血清H2S水平和腕部超声骨密度值在新疆男性居民中存在相关性,体内H2S水平降低是男性发生骨量减低或骨质疏松的独立危险因素,补充外源性H2S可能成为男性骨质疏松治疗的新靶点。

Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum hydrogen sulfide(H2S) levels and osteoporosis in Uyghur residents in the Southern Xinjiang. Methods: A total of 250 Uyghur residents who came to Atushi People's Hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 for physical examination or medical treatment were collected, including 111 males and 139 females, aged from 50 to 80 years old.After admission, the body mass index was measured and wrist bone mineral density(BMD) was detected by ultrasonic bone densitometer respectively. Serum H2S levels were measured by methylene blue method. SPSS 23 was used to analyze the relationship between serum H2S levels and BMD in Uygur residents in the Southern Xinjiang.Results: There were differences in serum H2S levels among male residents with different BMD. Among men, the risk of osteopenia or osteoporosis in the lowest group(≤ 2.55 μmol·L-1) and the lower group(2.551-4.395 μmol·L-1) was 26.334 and 19.697 times higher than that in the highest group(≥ 6.981 μmol·L-1), respectively. There were no significant differences for the risk of osteopenia or osteoporosis among women with different H2S levels. Conclusion: There is a correlation between serum H2S level and wrist ultrasonic BMD in male residents in Xinjiang. The decrease of H2S level in vivo is an independent risk factor for osteopenia or osteoporosis in men. Supplementation of exogenous H2S may become a new target for the treatment of male osteoporosis.
