干扰素调节因子-1在肝脏疾病中作用的研究进展

摘要:

干扰素调节因子-1(interferon regulatory factor 1,IRF-1)是干扰素调节因子家族的一员。它是人类发现的第一个能够与靶基因中的干扰素刺激响应元件结合而发挥作用的转录因子。IRF-1在干扰素诱导的细胞损伤中起重要的作用,主要表现为介导细胞凋亡、促进细胞自噬、加强免疫监视等。目前研究认为,IRF-1在多种肝脏疾病的发生发展中至关重要。IRF-1能够抑制乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的复制、缓解肝纤维化的进展、加重肝脏缺血再灌注损伤。IRF-1在肝癌中的表达与患者的临床特征及预后密切相关,因此有望成为预测肝癌预后及复发的指标。本文作者重点综述IRF-1在乙型肝炎、肝纤维化、肝脏缺血再灌注损伤和肝癌中的作用。
