经皮二尖瓣钳夹术在二尖瓣反流治疗中的应用

摘要:

二尖瓣反流(mitral regurgitation,MR)逐渐成为心脏瓣膜病中最常见的疾病。严重MR与患者心力衰竭及生活质量下降相关,未手术治疗的MR患者每年的死亡风险超过5%。虽然外科手术在治疗MR中起到重要作用,但由于围手术期的风险过大、老年人基础情况较差等,许多患者无法进行外科手术。自2003年开展第1例临床人类经皮二尖瓣钳夹术(MitraClip)以来,已完成10万多例,目前MitraClip已成为治疗严重MR最成熟的经皮介入治疗方法。

Mitral regurgitation(MR) is the most common valvular heart disease worldwide. Severe MR is associated with heart failure and impaired survival with an annual mortality risk in excess of 5% per year for unoperated patients. Those with advanced age and multiple commodities may not be a candidate for conventional surgical therapy to correct MR. Percutaneous mitral valve repair with the MitraClip for severe MR was first introduced in 2003. Since then, more than 100 000 cases have been performed worldwide and it remains the most established percutaneous therapy available for the treatment of severe MR.
