功能性便秘患者肠道菌群分析及微生态治疗的研究进展

摘要:

功能性便秘是临床常见的肠道疾病,以药物为主要治疗方式。肠道微生态的研究展现了肠道疾病与肠道生态紊乱的关联,恢复肠道微生态平衡也逐渐成为疾病治疗的手段。近年来口服益生菌和粪菌移植等肠道微生态治疗功能性便秘取得了一定进展。作者对功能性便秘患者的肠道菌群分布及微生态治疗进行综述,旨在为后续治疗手段的改进和益生菌种类的完善提供借鉴。
