绝经早晚期雌激素替代疗法对动脉粥样硬化的疗效评价

摘要:

动脉粥样硬化是一种在全世界均具有高发病率和高致死率的疾病。绝经前女性患病率较同龄男性显著偏低,因此大量研究关注雌激素与动脉粥样硬化的关系。关于雌激素对心血管保护作用的研究结论较为统一,而两种雌激素受体的生理功能仍存在争议。关于影响雌激素受体表达水平的研究仍较为匮乏,故而无法回答为何现有的雌激素替代疗法在绝经晚期的疗效不显著。若在雌激素替代疗法中适当辅以调控雌激素受体表达的途径,或可对动脉粥样硬化的预防起到关键作用。
