老年股骨转子间骨折围术期应用氨甲环酸的研究进展

摘要:

随人口老龄化加剧,髋部骨折的发病率逐年升高。股骨转子间骨折是常见的髋部骨折类型之一,为囊外骨折,骨折后失血多,老年患者围术期失血量大,贫血状况更为严重,更加需要重视围术期血液管理。近年来,氨甲环酸逐渐成为老年髋部骨折围术期应用的常见止血药物,其有效性和安全性已经得到初步证实。作者回顾氨甲环酸在老年股骨转子间骨折中应用的相关文献,分析其使用剂量、时机,比较不同给药方式的疗效,探讨最佳使用方式。
