胆汁酸肠肝循环及胆汁酸性腹泻的机制研究进展

摘要:

人体肠肝循环中胆汁酸稳态失衡,大量胆汁酸抵达结肠,可引发胆汁酸性腹泻。胆汁酸性腹泻产生的主要原因是胆汁酸重吸收减少或肝内胆汁酸合成增多。现有研究根据胆汁酸性腹泻的发病机制将其分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型。作者介绍了胆汁酸肠肝循环的生理机制,并就胆汁酸性腹泻发病机制的研究进展作一综述。
