摘要：

报道1例主动脉夹层（aortic dissection，AD）导致典型急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome，ACS）表现患者诊治过程中的经验教训，明确两者间的鉴别诊断，强调及时并合理应用320排CT的重要性，为类似病例的检查及诊断提供参考。

This study reported the experience and lessons in the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with typical acute coronary syndrome(ACS) caused by aortic dissection(AD), clarified the differential diagnosis between the two, emphasized the importance of timely and reasonable application of 320-slice CT, and provided reference for the examination and diagnosis of similar cases.
