胰十二指肠切除术（PD）在临床上应用日渐广泛，然而其并发症发生率一直居高不下。作者就PD及其并发症的特点、组织灌注的影响因素与衡量指标、乳酸的生理与病理生理、围术期血乳酸水平与PD术后并发症的关系及以维持正常血乳酸水平为目标的围术期处理策略等方面近年来的研究进展作一简要综述。
