URI的病理生理学作用研究进展

摘要:

非传统型前折叠素RPB5交互因子(URI)作为前折叠蛋白家族的成员,广泛参与生物体内转录调节、凋亡调控及保护DNA完整性等多种生理病理学过程。它的基因表达、调控因素、功能以及与疾病的关系,尤其是它在肿瘤发生发展过程中的重要作用广受关注。而URI抗辐射作用的发现,也为研究辐射相关疾病提供了新的思路和设想。作者主要对URI的病理生理学作用研究进展作一综述。
