目的：观察经结膜入路下睑袋整形术联合眶隔脂肪游离移植矫正泪沟畸形的临床疗效。方法：选取2018年5月至2019年12月在我院整形外科就诊，诊断为双侧眼袋及泪沟凹陷的患者共60例，Barton评分Ⅰ~Ⅱ级。局麻下行经结膜入路下睑袋整形术联合眶隔脂肪游离移植矫正泪沟畸形。术后6个月随访，评价下睑膨隆及泪沟凹陷改善程度及患者手术效果满意度。结果：58例眼袋改善明显，38例泪沟凹陷完全矫正，19例泪沟凹陷明显改善，3例泪沟凹陷改善不明显。术后6个月BartonⅠ级患者很满意20例、满意7例、不满意1例，满意度为96.43%；BartonⅡ级患者很满意18例、满意12例、不满意2例，满意度为93.75%；两级别患者满意度差异无统计学意义。结论：经结膜入路下睑袋整形术联合眶隔脂肪游离移植泪沟可以有效矫正无下睑皮肤松弛的眼袋合并轻中度泪沟畸形，手术操作简便安全，效果稳定持久，值得临床推广。
