SARS-CoV-2的生物学性状和病毒检测方法以及COVID-19的治疗现状

摘要:

2019年12月在武汉市暴发新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)肺炎(COVID-19)疫情并迅速蔓延全国。全球确诊病例、严重病例以及死亡病例数量一直在不断上升,迫切需要研究准确的诊断方法、有效的治疗方法和疫苗。作者回顾了SARS-CoV-2的基本特性、所致疾病的临床特点、现有各种检测方法及其性能特征、COVID-19的治疗方法和疫苗的研究与开发进展,以及现在所面临的一些问题,为当前疫情的防控提供一定依据。
