新型药物载体外泌体的研究现状与展望

摘要:

外泌体是一种直径30~120 nm的细胞外囊泡,广泛存在于细胞培养液以及人体体液中。外泌体具有良好的生物相容性、纳米级尺寸,并包含丰富的生物活性物质,受到越来越多的重视。作为药物载体,外泌体可包载基因类药物、小分子类药物、蛋白质类药物。本文作者主要介绍外泌体的结构特征、生物特性、作为药物载体的优势、现有提纯方法以及用于运载药物的研究进展。
