外阴癌腹股沟淋巴结转移诊治的研究进展

摘要:

外阴癌腹股沟淋巴结转移是影响其手术治疗方式与预后的关键因素。术前准确诊断淋巴结是否发生转移及其范围、术中精确清扫转移淋巴结是提高外阴癌患者预后的关键。目前,诊治外阴癌转移性淋巴结的方案不尽相同,过度的淋巴结清扫一直伴随着诊疗的全过程。本文作者就目前外阴癌腹股沟淋巴结转移的诊治进展作一综述。
