早产儿脑白质损伤诊断方法的研究进展

摘要:

随着围产医学的进步及新生儿急救技术的发展,早产儿的存活率显著提高,但早产儿脑白质损伤(white matter damage,WMD)的发生也逐渐增多。WMD不仅严重影响患儿的生存质量,也给家庭及社会带来沉重的负担。然而该疾病的发病机制仍不十分明确。目前诊断WMD的方法有头颅超声、核磁共振等,但均存在不足之处。近年来,越来越多的血生化标志物被发现与脑白质损伤的发生相关,具有良好的应用前景。环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)具有分子稳定性好、序列保守性高等特点,在脑组织中表达丰富。有研究表明circ RNA在脑白质损伤患儿的外周血中表达,是一种极具潜力的诊断标志物。因此,本文作者对早产儿WMD的诊断方法及circ RNA在早产儿脑白质损伤中的研究进展进行综述。
