STAT3信号通路及其抑制剂对结直肠癌作用的研究进展

摘要:

结直肠癌(CRC)是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。研究证实,信号转导和转录活化因子3(STAT3)参与了结直肠细胞的恶性转化以及促进肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制癌细胞凋亡过程,且可促进肿瘤内血管生成使癌肿进一步浸润转移,已成为CRC治疗的潜在靶标。目前研究合成的STAT3抑制剂主要通过阻断STAT3上游信号分子,或直接针对性抑制STAT3的表达或其功能结构域的作用,此外,尚有许多从天然产物中提取的成分也能很好地靶向拮抗STAT3上游信号转导及下游靶分子,抑制肿瘤细胞生长增殖和侵袭转移。
