FOXA1与泌尿系统肿瘤相关性的研究进展

摘要:

翼状螺旋转录因子叉头框家族蛋白(FOX) A1与多种肿瘤如乳腺癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌的进展有着密切的联系。研究发现,FOXA1在不同肿瘤发展过程中所发挥的作用不尽相同。作者就FOXA1与泌尿系统三大常见恶性肿瘤相关性的研究进展进行综述。
