乳腺血管肉瘤是一种极罕见的乳腺恶性肿瘤。作者报道1例27岁中国女性左乳原发性血管肉瘤病例，并结合文献复习，就该病的表现、诊断和治疗进行探讨。该病通常表现为乳腺上生长迅速的易误诊的巨大肿块；术后病理报告是该病诊断的金标准；手术治疗为该病的主要治疗手段，但有关术后其他治疗目前并无定论。
