自锁托槽和隐适美矫治器正畸时患者疼痛感的对比研究

摘要：

目的：比较自锁托槽和隐适美矫治器正畸后患者在最初1周疼痛感的差别。方法：纳入2016年至2019年作者所在两家医院进行正畸的60例正畸患者，随机分为两组：对照组30例，使用自锁矫治器（美国AO）；研究组30例，使用隐适美矫治器。首次戴上矫治器后，即用视觉模拟评分（VAS）量表分别评判患者4 h、24 h、3 d、5 d、7 d的疼痛值。结果：两组患者疼痛感在矫治开始后24 h达到高峰，随后逐渐减轻；研究组各时间点疼痛强度明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对正畸患者采用隐适美矫治技术优于传统矫治技术，可减轻患者疼痛感，提高其满意度。

Objective: To compare the perception of pain between patients treated with self-ligating fixed appliances and those treated with Invisalign aligners in the first week of orthodontic treatment. Methods: Sixty patients undergoing orthodontic treatment in Wuxi Children's Hospital and Wuxi People's Hospital from 2016 to 2019 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and research group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with self-ligating fixed appliances while the research group was treated with Invisalign^® aligners. After fitting the appliances, the patients'perception of pain was respectively evaluated at the 4th and 24th hour, on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day by using visual analog scale(VAS). Results: The intensity of pain in both groups peaked at 24th hour and then descended gradually. The intensity of pain at each time point in the research group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Invisalign aligners are better than self-ligating fixed appliances in the treatment of orthodontic patients, which can relieve the pain of patients and improve their satisfaction.
