江苏省新型冠状病毒感染肺炎医学影像学检查、诊断与防控规范专家共识(2020年第1版)

摘要:

2019年12月,我国湖北省武汉市出现不明原因肺炎患者,随着疫情蔓延,我国其他地区及境外多个国家相继发现了类似病例。WHO确认其病原,并命名为新型冠状病毒感染肺炎(COVID-19)。为了提高江苏省医学影像工作者对COVID-19的认识,规范其影像学检查、诊断,制定和规范影像检查过程中的感染防控,保证医疗质量与安全,由江苏省医学会放射学分会牵头、中国研究型医院学会感染与炎症影像学分会江苏省科研协作组、江苏省医学影像科医疗质量控制中心共同组织专家编写本共识,内容包括COVID-19概述、影像学检查及诊断流程、影像学诊断、胸部影像学质量控制、放射科感染控制共5个部分,用于指导江苏省各医疗机构影像科的工作。

In December 2019, patients with pneumonia of unknown cause emerged in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, and with the spread of the epidemic similar cases were also found in other regions of China and abroad. The virus causing this pneumonia was named as corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) by WHO. The emergence of COVID-19 brings new challenges for radiologists in imaging examination, diagnosis, prevention, control and many other aspects of the disease. In order to improve their understanding and knowledge of COVID-19, the first edition of guideline to standardizing image examination and diagnosis, formulating and standardizing infection prevention and control in the process of image examination was developed. This consensus was jointly written by experts from Radiology Congress of Jiangsu Provincial Medical Association, Infectious and Inflammatory Imaging Branch of Jiangsu Scientific Research Group of Chinese Research Hospital Association, and Jiangsu Medical Imaging Quality Control Center. There are five parts in the consensus, covering overview, radiology diagnosis process, imaging diagnosis, imaging quality control and infection control. This expert consensus provides the guidance for the management of COVID-19 in radiology department of medical institutions in Jiangsu Province.
