老年髋部骨折患者术前营养状况的研究进展

摘要:

随着社会老龄化进展,老年髋部骨折的发生率逐渐增加。老年髋部骨折具有并发症多、花费巨大、致残率高和死亡率高等特点,严重影响老年髋部骨折患者的健康和生活。影响老年髋部骨折患者预后的因素很多,其中营养状况是老年住院患者预后的重要影响因素。作者回顾既往研究所提供的证据,对老年髋部骨折患者的术前营养状况、术前营养不良的主要影响因素及其对老年髋部骨折患者的影响、营养干预对老年髋部骨折患者预后的临床意义等作一综述,为老年骨科临床工作者提供思路和参考。
