双气囊小肠镜诊断门脉高压性小肠病五例及文献回顾

摘要：

目的：探讨肝硬化门脉高压性小肠病的研究现状。方法：收集5例行双气囊小肠镜检查的肝硬化门脉高压性小肠病患者的临床资料，结合国内外相关文献，对门脉高压性小肠病的内镜和病理学表现进行分析。结果：在5例肝硬化门脉高压性小肠病患者中，4例在小肠镜下获得诊断，1例小肠镜下表现无异常，通过病理学获得诊断。5例患者的组织学观察均有毛细血管扩张。结论：双气囊小肠镜及病理学检查有助于肝硬化门脉高压性小肠病的诊断。

Objective: To investigate the research status of portal hypertensive enteropathy of cirrhosis. Methods: The clinical data of 5 patients with portal hypertensive enteropathy of cirrhosis who underwent double-balloon enteroscopy(DBE) were collected.Combing with related literatures at home and abroad,the endoscopic and pathological manifestations were analyzed. Results: Among these 5 patients, 4 cases were diagnosed by DBE, 1 case showed no abnormalities under DBE and was diagnosed through pathology. Histological observation of the 5 patients showed telangiectasia. Conclusion: Double-balloon enteroscopy and pathologic examination are helpful for the early diagnosis of portal hypertensive enteropathy of cirrhosis.
