胰头区域血供复杂，且存在血管变异。手术中损伤这些变异血管可能导致大出血或相应供血区域缺血，严重影响胰头区域的手术进程和手术后恢复。本文作者对胰头区域胰十二指肠血管弓变异、途经胰头区域后方的肝动脉变异、胰头区域前方的胃结肠干及其变异等方面的文献作一综述。
