全子宫切除对育龄期女性卵巢功能影响的meta分析

摘要:

目的:系统评价全子宫切除对育龄期女性卵巢功能的影响。方法:检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Ovid、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中2018年12月31日前公开发表的中英文期刊,筛选文献,应用"Newcastle-Ottawa标准"及"AHRQ横断面研究评价标准"对纳入的文献进行质量评价,采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析。结果:最终纳入15篇文献,共纳入881例。meta分析结果显示,全子宫切除术后1、3、6、12个月抗苗勒氏管激素水平均较术前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:育龄期女性行全子宫切除会导致术后卵巢功能下降。

Objective: To systematically evaluate the effects of hysterectomy on ovarian function in women of reproductive age. Methods: Chinese and English journals published before December 31, 2018 in PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Ovid, CNKI, Wanfang, Wipro and China biomedical literature database were searched by computer, and the literatures were selected. The quality of the included literatures was evaluated by using the "Newcastle -Ottawa standard" and "AHRQ cross-sectional study evaluation standard". The RevMan5.3 software provided by Cochrane collaboration was used for meta analysis. Results: A total of 881 cases were included in 15 references. Meta-analysis results showed that at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after hysterectomy, the serum AMH level decreased compared with that before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hysterectomy may lead to decreased ovarian function in women of reproductive age.
