zonulin在糖脂代谢紊乱中作用的研究进展

摘要:

紧密连接是组成肠道屏障的重要结构之一,其结构改变可以导致肠道通透性增加,引起细菌易位、水电解质紊乱等。zonulin是人体内调节紧密连接通透性的活性蛋白,在肥胖、糖尿病和非酒精性脂肪性肝病等多种疾病患者中均发现zonulin血浆水平升高。作者就zonulin及其信号通路在糖脂代谢紊乱中作用的研究进展作一综述。
