腔内治疗对腹主动脉瘤患者体内Notch1和TACE蛋白表达的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨腔内治疗对腹主动脉瘤患者体内Notch1蛋白和肿瘤坏死因子前体转换酶(TACE)蛋白表达的影响。方法:选取2013年1月至2017年12月在我院治疗的腹主动脉瘤患者70例为观察组,均予腔内治疗,同时选取健康志愿者70例作为对照组,检测比较对照组和观察组术前、术后1周的血浆Notch1和TACE蛋白表达水平。结果:治疗前观察组血浆Notch1和TACE蛋白表达水平分别为(178.19±20.33)和(2 401.28±321.15) pg·ml-1,均高于对照组的(100.13±17.69)和(1033.04±300.04) pg·ml-1P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血浆Notch1蛋白和TACE蛋白表达水平分别为(120.02±18.28)和(1 560.11±291.84) pg·ml-1,均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);瘤体直径>7.0 cm的患者血浆Notch1和TACE表达水平明显高于直径<5.0 cm及5.0~7.0 cm的患者(P<0.05)。结论:腹主动脉瘤患者体内Notch1和TACE蛋白表达水平明显升高,且与瘤体直径有关;腔内治疗后患者血浆Notch1和TACE蛋白表达水平明显降低。

Objective:To investigate the effect of intracavitary therapy on the expression of Notch1 and tumor necrosis factor-α converting enzyme(TACE) in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods:Seventy cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm treated with intracavitary therapy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were selected as observation group,meanwhile, 70 healthy volunteers were served as control group. The plasma levels of Notch1 and TACE were detected and compared before and 1 week after treatment in the two groups. Results:Before treatment, the expression of Notch1 protein and TACE protein was (178.19±20.33) and (2 401.28±321.15)pg·ml-1, respectively in the observation group, which was higher than that of (100.13±17.69) and (1 033.04±300.04)pg·ml-1, in the control group.After treatment, the expression of Notch1 protein and TACE protein was (120.02±18.28) and (1 560.11±291.84)pg·ml-1 respectively in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that before treatment. The plasma levels of Notch1 and TACE in patients with tumor diameter >7.0 cm were significantly higher than those in patients with diameter <5.0 cm and 5.0-7.0 cm(P<0.05). Conclusion:The expression of Notch1 and TACE in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm is increased significantly,which is related to the diameter of tumor. The expression of Notch1 and TACE is significantly reduced after intracavitary therapy.
