左心耳封堵术预防非瓣膜性房颤患者脑卒中的中远期随访

摘要：

目的：观察左心耳封堵术在非瓣膜性房颤患者中应用的安全性及其预防脑卒中的中远期效果。方法：入选有抗凝治疗适应证但是存在高出血风险的非瓣膜性房颤患者12例，实施左心耳封堵术，术后定期随访心脏彩超及脑卒中发病情况。结果：12例患者均顺利完成左心耳封堵术，无严重术中并发症，随访1~3年无脑卒中发作。结论：初步证实左心耳封堵术预防房颤患者脑卒中安全有效，但还需要更多病例及更长时间的观察。

Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of left atrial appendage closure for preventing the stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods:Twelve patients who need anti-coagulant therapy but with high risk of bleeding were chosen to perform left atrial appendage closure. After implantation, echocardiography was measured and stroke assessment was performed regularly. Results:The left atrial appendage closure therapy were safely completed in all patients without severe complications. There was no stroke during the 1-3 years follow-up. Conclusion:The left atrial appendage closure therapy is safe and effective for stroke prevention in patients with atrial fibrillation, but much longer term and large-scale studies are needed.
