Objective:To investigate the effect of inhibitory and immune function by Lycium barbarum polysaccharide, cisplatin, and Lycium barbarum polysaccharide combined with cisplatin on mice with hepatic cancer. Methods:Forty hepatic cancer model in mice were established and randomly divided into model group, Lycium barbarum polysaccharide group, cisplatin group, combined group, ten mice in each groups. Another ten mice were chosen as blank control group. Spleen index and thymus index, IL-2, TNF-α,percentage of CD3+T, CD4+T, CD8+T cells in each groups were compared after administration. Results:Compared with model group, thymus index and spleen index, IL-2, TNF-α, CD3+T, CD4+T, CD4+T/CD8+T of the mice in cisplatin group were significantly decreased(P<0.05), meanwhile those were significant increased in Lycium barbarum polysaccharide group and combined group(P<0.05). Compared with cisplatin group, thymus index and spleen index, IL-2, TNF-α, CD3+T, CD4+T, CD4+T/CD8+T of the mice in combined group were significant increased (P<0.05). Conclusion:Lycium barbarum polysaccharide combined with cisplatin can enhance anti-tumor effect by protecting the immune organs, increasing the level of cytokine, regulating T lymphocyte subsets, decreasing the immunosuppression effect of cisplatin. |
