小鼠下颌第一磨牙胚胎发育过程中的Notch信号表达

摘要:

目的:探讨Notch1、Notch3在小鼠下颌第一磨牙胚胎发育过程中的组织学分布。方法:制作C57BL/6小鼠下颌第一磨牙不同发育阶段(自出生后14.5、18.5 d)的冰冻组织切片,进行Notch1、Notch3免疫组织化学染色,对其分布情况进行分析。结果:Notch1在小鼠下颌第一磨牙成釉器高表达,而成釉器周围聚集的间充质则未见明显表达;Notch3在小鼠下颌第一磨牙牙胚成釉器和成釉器周围聚集的间充质细胞中均有高表达。结论:Notch1和Notch3可能在小鼠下颌第一磨牙发育过程中的牙上皮,特别是内釉上皮的细胞分化、牙囊、牙乳头细胞分化及分化完成后的牙髓干细胞的稳定性方面有重要作用。

Objective:To investigate the expression of Notch1 and Notch3 in embryonic developing mouse mandibular first molar. Methods:The frozen sections of the first mandibular molars of C57BL/6 mice at different developmental stages (14.5-18.5 d after birth) were prepared for immunohistochemical staining of Notch1 and Notch3, and their distribution was analyzed. Results:Notch1 was highly expressed in the enamel formation of mouse first molar, but not in the mesenchymal cells around the enamel formation. Notch3 was highly expressed in mouse mandibular molar enamel and mesenchymal cells around the enamel. Conclusion:Notch1 and Notch3 may play an important role in the differentiation of dental epithelium, especially the inner enamel epithelium, the differentiation of dental follicle and dental papilla cells and the stability of dental pulp stem cells after the differentiation of mouse first molar teeth.
