药物流产与血管内皮生长因子及其受体的关系

摘要:

目的:探讨药物流产与血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、血管内皮生长因子受体-1(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1,VEGFR-1)、血管内皮生长因子受体-2(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2,VEGFR-2)的关系。方法:选择2014年1月至2016年12月90例行药物流产且完全流产者作为完全流产组,90例不全流产者作为不全流产组。采用ELISA法测定血清VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2水平,采用SP免疫组化法测定绒毛和蜕膜组织中VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2表达。结果:治疗前,两组血清VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血清VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2水平均较治疗前下降;不全流产组血清VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2水平,绒毛和蜕膜组织中VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2阳性率和OD值均高于完全流产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与行药物流产且完全流产者相比,不全流产者血清、绒毛和蜕膜组织中VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2表达量较高,推断VEGF、VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2可能参与药物流产过程。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between drug abortion and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1 (VEGFR-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor-2 (VEGFR-2). Methods:Ninety cases of complete abortion pregnant women were selected as complete abortion group and 90 cases of incomplete abortion pregnant women were selected as incomplete abortion group from drug abortion pregnant women in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016.The levels of serum VEGF, VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 were measured by ELISA. The expressions of VEGF, VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 in villi and decidua were measured by SP immunohistochemistry. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VEGF, VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 between the complete abortion group and the incomplete abortion group (P>0.05). After treatment, the two groups of serum VEGF, VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 levels were lower than that before treatment, the incomplete abortion group serum VEGF, VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, VEGF in chorionic villus and VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, VEGF, VEGFR-1 in decidua and the positive rate of VEGFR-2 and OD value was higher than that of the complete abortion group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with those with complete abortion in drug abortion, the expressions of VEGF, VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 in serum, villi and decidua tissues are higher than those in women with incomplete abortion. It is concluded that VEGF, VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 may be involved in the process of drug abortion.
