摘要:

miRNAs是由一类进化上高度保守的内源性非编码小分子RNA组成,参与生长发育、细胞增殖分化、肿瘤发生发展等一系列病理生理过程。近年来研究发现miRNA-21不仅在多种类型恶性肿瘤中呈高表达并起到促进癌细胞侵袭转移的作用,也参与调控脏器损伤和纤维化。随着技术进步,miRNA-21的检测手段也不断更新。作者就近年来miRNA-21与生物体重要器官损伤和纤维化的关系,以及miRNA-21检测方法的研究进展作一综述。
