胃癌术后出院30天内非计划再入院影响因素的探讨

摘要:

胃癌根治性切除术是胃癌治疗的基本方法,而患者术后出院30 d内非计划再入院发生率仍居高不下,国外报道在7.5%~16.6%之间,国内报道在7.2%左右。现有研究表明,胃癌术后出院30 d内非计划再入院的发生与高龄、BMI、SOF脆弱指数、NRS2002评分、PNI、糖尿病、心血管疾病、首次住院时间、术前放疗、全胃切除、伴胰腺切除、术后并发症、脉管侵犯等众多因素有关。现就胃癌术后出院30天内非计划再入院影响因素的研究进展作一综述。
