ACLY在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要:

目的:探索ATP柠檬酸裂解酶(ACLY)在结肠癌组织中的表达情况及其临床病理学意义,为结肠癌的诊治提供新思路。方法:以50例结肠癌患者为研究对象,用免疫组织化学染色方法观察结肠癌患者的癌组织及对应的癌旁组织标本中ACLY的表达,并研究ACLY表达的临床病理学意义。结果:在结肠癌组织中ACLY表达显著高于对应的癌旁组织(P=0);ACLY高表达与结肠癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期显著相关(P值分别为0、0.005及0.007);与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、组织分化程度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ACLY在结肠腺癌组织中高表达,且与肿瘤转移相关;ACLY有望成为结肠癌诊治的一个新靶点。
