香菇多糖联合紫杉醇对食管癌细胞生物学行为的影响

摘要:

目的:观察香菇多糖联合紫杉醇对食管癌细胞形态及功能的影响。方法:取人EC-109食管癌细胞,分为对照组、紫杉醇组及观察组(紫杉醇联合香菇多糖),培养24 h后光镜观察细胞形态,检测细胞凋亡、黏附及迁移率。结果:在适宜浓度下,紫杉醇组和观察组的细胞均出现回缩、变圆,有漂浮死亡细胞出现,并且观察组细胞坏死程度大于紫杉醇组;细胞凋亡率观察组显著高于紫杉醇组(P<0.05);细胞黏附率及细胞迁移率观察组均显著低于紫杉醇组(P<0.05)。结论:香菇多糖可以增强紫杉醇的抗肿瘤能力,两者联合可以显著增加食管癌细胞的凋亡,抑制与肿瘤转移相关的细胞黏附和迁移能力。

Objective: To observe the effects of lentinan combined with paclitaxel on the morphology and function of esophageal cancer cells. Methods: The EC-109 esophageal cancer cells were divided into control group, paclitaxel group and observation group (lentinan combined with paclitaxel). The morphology of the cells was observed by light microscope. The rates of apoptosis, adhesion and migration were detected. Results: At the appropriate concentration, the cells in the paclitaxel group and the observation group were retracted and rounded, and the floating cells appear to be floating. And the degree of necrosis was higher in the observation group than that in the paclitaxel group. The apoptotic rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the paclitaxel group (P<0.05). The cell adhesion ability and the migration ability of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the paclitaxel group(all P<0.05). Conclusions: Lentinan can enhance the anti-tumor ability of paclitaxel. Combined with paclitaxel can significantly increase the apoptosis of esophageal cancer cells and inhibit the adhesion and migration ability of tumor metastasis.
