肿瘤靶向性生物膜纳米载药系统的研究进展

摘要:

纳米载药系统的应用一定程度上解决了肿瘤药物治疗时所面临的药物毒副作用大、药物体内选择性差等问题。随着对靶向纳米药物递送系统的不断深入研究和探索,将具有良好生物相容性的天然生物材料与人工合成高分子材料相结合,构建新型复合仿生物纳米载体系统,该系统包含性质不同的两种材料能够相互优化各自的药物投递功能,弱化各自应用上的不足。作者以生物膜纳米靶向药物递送系统为主题,总结了近年来相关文献,旨在为纳米药物载体系统的进一步研究及临床运用提供思路。
