Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of antihypertensive drugs combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of primary hypertension and reducing the incidence of complicated complications Methods:From January 2014 to January 2015, 110 patients with primary hypertension disease were randomly divided into experimental group(n=55) and control group(n=55). The control group received antihypertensive drugs and the experimental group accepted hyperbaric oxygen therapy based on the control group. Blood pressure was collected before and after treatment. The incidence of complicated complications were observed within 1 year followed up. Results:Before treatment, the 24h mean systolic blood pressure (mSBP), 24h mean diastolic blood pressure (mDBP), daytime systolic blood pressure (dSBP), daytime mean diastolic blood pressure (dDBP), nighttime systolic blood pressure (nSBP), nighttime diastolic blood pressure (nDBP), nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) had no significant differences within two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, all blood pressures and ET-1 had decreased, NO had increased in two groups(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, all blood pressures and ET-1 had decreased, NO had increased in experiment groups(P<0.05). The complicated complications after 1 year's follow-up had no significant differences between two groups(9.43% vs 21.15%, P>0.05). Conclusion:The antihypertensive drugs combined with hyperbaric oxygen can be used in treatment of primary hypertension, but the reduction of complications is not obvious, which need further research. |
