银杏叶片提取物EGB761联合高压氧治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效分析

摘要:

目的:研究应用高压氧(HBO)联合银杏叶片提取物(EGB761)治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效及机制。方法:纳入2013年12月至2016年6月南京脑科医院初诊断AD患者共120例,按随机数字法将120例患者随机分为对照组、HBO治疗组、EGB761治疗组、HBO联合EGB761治疗组。所有患者治疗前后进行MMSE、ADL、ADAS-Cog量表评估,并抽血检测TGF-β1、IL-1β、SOD、MDA、GSH-PX水平。结果:HBO治疗组及EGB761治疗组量表评估较基线时评分均有明显的改善;此外,联合使用HBO及EGB761较单用HBO或EGB761治疗改善更明显;HBO组、EGB761组和HBO+EGB76l组的血清SOD活性、GSH-PX、TGF-β1的含量水平均提高,MDA及IL-1β水平降低,且HBO联合EGB761治疗组血清中相关因子水平的改变更为显著。结论:HBO联合EGB761对改善AD患者认知能力、日常生活活动能力效果确切,可能与其抑制氧化自由基及炎症因子的过度损伤有关。

Objective: To explore the treatment effect and the possible protective mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) and the ginkgo biloba extract(EGB761) in Alzheimer disease(AD). Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into 4 groups including control group, HBO group, EGB761 group and HBO+EGB761 group. All patients were estimated by MMSE,ADL and ADAS-Cog. The levels of TGF-β1, IL-1β, SOD, MDA and GSH-PX were detected before and after treatment. Results: In our research, the scale assessment had been improved in the treatment of HBO and EGB761, and the combination showed the better. The activities of SOD, GSH-PX and TGF-β1 were increased in HBO, EGB761 and HBO + EGB76l group, compared with the control group, and the levels of MDA and IL-1β were reduced(P<0.05). Further, the combination of HBO and EGB761 showed the better compared with the HBO group and EGB761 group, respectively. Conclusion: The ability of cognition and daily life in AD patients can be improved by combination of HBO and EGB761 in our study, which may be association with the inhibition of oxygen free radical and inflammatory factors by HBO and EGB761 inducing the excessive damage.
