沙门菌作为肿瘤药物投递系统的研究进展

摘要:

活细菌载体在肿瘤治疗方面的应用是当前研究的热点,其可作为化疗药物的增敏剂、抗肿瘤药物的投递结构及基因治疗的载体等。沙门菌本身作为兼性厌氧菌可以选择性地定植在乏氧的实体瘤内部,在体内引发高效的细胞、体液及黏膜免疫反应,从而发挥抗肿瘤效应。同时具有肿瘤靶向性的沙门菌经过进一步改造后成为在实体瘤内产生和输送治疗性药物的重要工具。目前减毒沙门菌可通过不同的途径如细菌转染、DNA疫苗、细菌介导的蛋白及RNAi转运等应用于肿瘤治疗。作者对沙门菌作为抗肿瘤药物投递系统的研究进展作一综述。
