二代测序技术在乳腺癌分子生物学研究中的应用及进展

摘要:

二代测序研究较为全面系统地检测了乳腺癌基因组,推进了对乳腺癌发生发展的认识。研究发现了新的驱动突变,总结了突变过程及机制,揭示了乳腺癌的瘤内异质性,并促进了个体化医疗的进展。本文作者综述二代测序技术在乳腺癌分子生物学领域的最新研究成果。
