狼疮肾炎蛋白质组学和代谢组学的研究进展

摘要:

狼疮肾炎(LN)是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)最严重的表现之一,肾脏损害的严重程度与SLE的预后密切相关。LN发病涉及到多种因素,包括遗传易感性、表观遗传调控和环境。近十来年基于组学的技术(包括基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学)已广泛地用于SLE及LN生物标志物筛选和疾病的分型分类。这些研究深化了我们对疾病分子基础的认识,对识别潜在治疗靶点、疾病的早期预测及治疗非常重要。本文作者就最近几年狼疮肾炎蛋白质组学及代谢组学的相关研究进展作一综述。
