| 一次性密封栓封堵骨肿瘤穿刺孔改善出血情况的研究 |

| 摘要： |
目的：探讨一次性密封栓封堵兔VX2骨肿瘤穿刺孔后改善其出血情况。方法：取传代荷瘤兔肿瘤并制备成细胞悬液，分别植入20只成年家兔双侧胫骨内制成兔VX2骨肿瘤模型。模型制备2周后，将20只兔左胫骨组设为实验组，采用套管针活检，取出病理组织后通过套管植入密封栓封堵穿刺孔；右胫骨组设为对照组，对穿刺孔不封堵。穿刺1 h后对两组穿刺孔周围行彩色超声检查，评定两组家兔穿刺孔出血情况。结果：20只家兔骨肿瘤模型成功率100%。穿刺1 h后实验组穿刺孔周围出血6只，而对照组有18只家兔穿刺孔周围均有不同程度出血，实验组穿刺孔出血率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=15.36，P<0.05）；将两组穿刺孔周围血肿体积进行比较，差异也有统计学意义（t=47.25，P<0.001）。结论：一次性密封栓封堵骨穿孔后可明显改善兔VX2骨肿瘤穿刺孔出血情况。 |
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of the blot closure in blocking the puncture holes to improve the bleeding. Methods: VX2 tumor was seperated from cancer bearing VX2 rabbit to obtain tumor tissue blocks, followed by transplantation in the tibias of 20 rabbits to establish the model of bone tumor. And 20 cases of adult rabbits were punctured after 2 weeks. All the left tibias were punctured with the biopsy needle as the experimental group, later the puncture holes were implanted with the bolt closure through the sheath after the biopsy. And all the right tibias were punctured as the control group where the holes weren't blocked. Color Doppler Ultrasound was used to assess the bleeding of the puncture hole 1 hour after. Results: Only 6 cases from the experimental group showed some degrees of exudation around the puncture hole after 1 hour later, but there were 18 cases showing exudation somehow around the puncture holes of all the 20 cases of the control group, the bleeding rate(30%,6/20)of the experimental group was lower than that(90%,18/20)of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ2=15.36,P<0.05). In terms of the volume of the bleeding, the difference was statistically significant(t=47.25,P<0.001). Conclusion: Using the blot closure can improve bleeding in rabbits with the VX2 bone tumor. |
